The Box office is located in The Leitrim Design House shop on the ground floor of The Dock. Payment may be made by cash, cheque (payable to The Dock) or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro or Laser). No credit card charges or booking fees apply.
Concessions
Concession prices are available to students, senior citizens, unwaged and under 18's. Groups of 5 or more are eligible for discounts for some shows.
Ticket Collection
Telephone bookings will be held at the box office to be collected. Tickets should be collected from the box office at least 30 minutes in advance of the performance.
- Tickets must be paid for at time of booking. Payment can be made bycash, credit card, laser or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to The Dock.
- Customers are requested to pick up their tickets at the box office at least 30 mins before the show.
- Tickets can only be refunded if you inform the box office by 5.30pm on the day before the show.
- Please confirm details at time of booking.

All performances start at 8.30pm unless otherwise stated. Shows start on time and latecomers will only be admitted if there is a suitable break in the performance, which in some cases may be the interval.
Special Requirements
The Dock strives to be accessible to all members of the community. There are two parking spaces to the side of the building specifically reserved and marked with a wheelchair symbol. Level access is provided from the car park into the building via a gradual ramp. The downstairs foyer area has a specially designed WC. A lift in the downstairs foyer takes patrons up to the art galleries and workshop spaces on level 1.
The front row (X) in the theatre is level with stage area and is available for patrons with mobility issues or wheelchair users. This row will only be sold to non-disabled patrons when all other seats are booked, thereby giving disabled patrons the same possibilities of booking as other patrons. Customers with special requirements, such as wheelchair users, are requested to inform the box office staff at time of booking in order to be accommodated.
For safety reasons, buggies are not permitted in the theatre.

The theatre bar is open, with a full bar service, from 8pm on evenings of performances. Gift Vouchers
