Have you checked out the Jury Room Café Bar lately? Davy is back and well recovered from a right old dose of flu, and he makes a great Coffee Mocha, if you want to try something more daring than your usual cuppa… But what I really meant to say: currently on those Café walls hangs a smashing selection of photographs by local icon Keith Nolan, and who hasn’t heard if him yet?. Keith has documented Carrick’s Water Music Festival to date and is showing images of performers such as Eleanor Shanley, Duke Special, Charlie McGettigan and many more that have graced our stages since the festival began. The show will run to the 14th of July and The Jury Room is open for business 10.30-5pm Tuesday to Saturday. Nolan is a Roscommon born photographer and videographer with national and international experience and works mainly for clients  in the communication/ media sector. He also works from his studio, Silver River Images on Bridge Street here  in Carrick-on-Shannon, go and have a peep for yourselves! www.silverriverimages.ie

Keith’s work is utterly beautiful and I am looking forward to seeing the photos (again). The Festival is privileged to have Keith Nolan as its official photographer!
