‘Living in a Coded Land’ film will be screened at The Dock on May 22nd at 7pm

Following a pre film discussion with farmers Tommy Early & Jim McCaffrey you can enjoy a screening of Pat Collin's documentary film that looks at our relationship with the land and the past,

This important film work, is a forward - looking social commentary of our time by Director Pat Collins. The documentary "Living in a Coded Land" prompts us to think about the context - historical, social and philosophical of our identity. As we grapple with current issues form Brexit to land use and economic forces, this film looks at the legacy of colonialism, patronage and privilige. Collins use of archive material, both sound and image, intercuts with present - day footage and commentators, geographers and historians.
