What's On...

A self-guided drawing group working with a life model in exploring life drawing every Saturday morning from 11am – 1pm. Participants are encouraged to explore their own ideas while working within a collaborative context. Easels and drawing boards provided. Participants need to bring paper and materials. People of all levels welcome.

Longer sessions will take place on Saturday 12th June and 31st July from 11am – 4pm.

The Life Drawing Weekend Workshop with Sharon Kelly will take place on Saturday 3rd (beginners) and Sunday 4th July (advanced) 11am -5pm. €60 per day. Sharon Kelly’s practice is strongly based in drawing. She holds a BA and MA in Fine Art from the University of Ulster 1989. Her work has been shown in many exhibitions both here (IMMA & RHA) and abroad. The beginner’s class will be an introduction to Life Drawing and the encouragement of using a wide variety of mediums. The advanced class will push the already established practising artist and bring their drawing skills to another level. Lunch will be from 1pm-2pm, a restaurant will be booked and orders taken before 1pm so as not to delay people from workshop and still be able to enjoy their lunch.
