The Breffni Players are back with David Tristram’s hilarious one act comedy, ’Lockdown in Carrick’. This comedy follows the antics of hapless Amateur Drama group planning their comeback production when restrictions ease.
Set in Lockdown, Chairman Gordon calls an emergency meeting with the only three members in attendance –diva-like Margaret, affable Bernard and ditsy Joyce- to discuss their next production.
Tristram’s play is packed full of laughs while reminding us what a devastating effect the pandemic had on the arts.
The millennium choir will be adding some festive cheer with a joyous repertoire of Christmas songs.
Directed by Sinéad Quinn. Choir directors Alla Crosbie & Siobhán Talbot.
