In this talk, John Logan will guide us through the history of the old Courthouse in Carrick-on-Shannon during the 19th century. The event marks National Heritage Week and the launch of our community project about the history of the building supported by Leitrim County Council and Creative Ireland.

John Logan was born in Ballinamore in 1948. He studied history at UCD, UCC, and TCD and has taught at Carrigallen Vocational School, UCC, and the University of Limerick.
