We are delighted to announce the May Film Tour organised by access>CINEMA and the Irish Film Institute to coincide with the Bealtaine Festival, takes place on Tuesday, 2nd May with a free screening of the Oscar nominated film, Living. This year the Bealtaine Festival will end their 3-year theme of In(ter)dependence – inspired by Ireland's centenary as a sovereign nation and also in recognition of our interdependence with each other and the natural world.
The May Film Tour title Living can be summed up by the films official tagline; “It’s never too late to start”.
Led by Bill Nighy's perfect performance, Living is a film that will leave you reflecting on the things you appreciate in your own life.
This is a free screening but booking is essential and we would like to thank Lionsgate Films for supporting the screening which was also made possible by the support of The Arts Council of Ireland.

Mr Williams (Bill Nighy) is a diligent but rather dour bureaucrat, working in a council in post-war London. One day, he’s given a devastating prognosis: he only has a few months left to live. Stunned by the news, he abandons his usual routine. Chance encounters with a rebellious writer and a youthful colleague help Mr Williams discover a whole new perspective on both his life and work.
