Mycothoughts

Mycothoughts is an exploration of mycological thinking by artist Vanya Lambrecht Ward’s and inspired by her ongoing preoccupation with erosion, perceptions, and our environments. It is the culmination of ideas, fed by reading, conversations, and many walks in the woods; Using many different lenses for this commission, Vanya has produced a limited edition paperwork that shows some of these fungal discoveries and interpretations.

Including written responses, photography, drawing and digital media, this work is a small prelude to the ongoing book-works that will further (dis)cover ideas on the continually emerging queendom of mycology.
