Christmas Get-together

The Dock is delighted to host the the Creative Frame Annual Christmas Get-together and Leitrim Arts Awards 2024. The event will take place on Friday 6 December with a three course feast of festive vegan cuisine prepared by the Edergole Kitchen.

As well as an end of year celebration for Leitrim’s arts community, the event is an opportunity for us to acknowledge the achievements of the professional arts community with the presentation of the Leitrim Arts Awards. Throughout the year, a wide range of exciting arts projects were realised by artists working in Leitrim with support of Leitrim County Council’s Individual Artists Bursary, Spark Programme and Creative Leitrim Open Call. The Christmas Get-together is an opportunity to recognise these artists and projects.

Creative Frame has announced that award recipients for 2024 include visual artist Tara Boath Mooney, artisan basket maker Helena Golden, multimedia artist and animator Fergal Brennan, actor Patrick McEneaney and playwright Joel Smith.
